Babies and children are welcome! Please let us know in your RSVP so we can accommodate with kid-friendly seating, food, and activities.

The current RSVP is tentative- we understand if you change your response later. An invitation with RSVP deadline will be mailed in early 2027.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor terrace, and the reception will take place indoors. In the event of rain, all portions of the event will be indoors.

The building entrance is ADA accessible. Both stairs and an elevator are available to access the third floor, where our wedding will take place. The floor is half tile pavement and half carpet.

The library public hours end at 5:00pm on Saturdays. After 5:00pm, we will have use of only the third floor. If you happen to arrive early, you can check out the indoor slide and giant legos in the children's section.

The Embassy Suites Rockford is a conveinent five blocks away from our venue. Details to come soon about a block reservation.
